Day one is all about alignment. I’ll review your questionnaire, gather inspiration, and map out the creative direction for your mini brand. You’ll receive a curated mood board and visual direction that captures the heart of your business and sets the tone for everything that follows. You’ll review and approve so we’re moving forward with clarity from the start.

DESIGN & REFINE
Using the approved creative direction, I’ll design your full mini brand suite—logos, color palette, fonts, and imagery—along with a simple brand guide you can reference moving forward. This is where your brand takes visual form, ready to be translated seamlessly into your website.
BRAND REVEAL &
READINESS SESSION
DAY 3
On Wednesday morning, we’ll hop on a short working session to review your mini brand and prepare everything needed for the website build. Together, we’ll lock in your page structure, clarify your call-to-action, review booking or contact setup, and troubleshoot any technical details like permissions or domain connections. This session clears the runway so the website phase can move smoothly and efficiently.
With your brand approved and the plan in place, I’ll design and write your one-page website in Squarespace. Your site will be built to reflect your voice, guide visitors intuitively, and support your goals. By the end of the day, you’ll receive a preview link to review.
WEBSITE CREATION
DAY 4
Friday is all about polish and confidence. I’ll implement any final edits, test links and forms, and launch your site. We’ll wrap up with a short support session so you feel comfortable managing your site moving forward. By the end of the day, your brand and website are live—clear, aligned, and ready to support your next chapter.
FINAL TWEAKS & LAUNCH
DAY 5
Responsiveness is Key
You’ll need to be available and responsive throughout the process, especially during key milestones like creative direction review, brand presentation, and final web walkthrough. Delays in communication may extend our timeline or result in rescheduling.
One Round of Revisions
To stay on track, your package includes one thoughtful round of revisions for both brand and website. I’ll guide you through providing clear, focused feedback so we can move efficiently. Additional revisions can be added at an hourly rate if needed.
Timely Submission of Materials
Before our sprint begins, I’ll need you to complete your brand and website questionnaires and submit any assets (photos, existing logo files, etc.) by our agreed-upon start date. Missing deadlines = a delayed or rescheduled start.
