STRATEGY SESSION
DAY 3
You’ll receive your full mini brand (logos, colors, fonts, imagery) along with your brand guide. Then we hop on a 60-minute strategy call to review everything and map out the details and structure of your one-page website, assign me admin permissions, and ensure your domain and proper Squarespace plan are in place.
Using your approved brand visuals and strategy, I design and write your one-page website to align with your voice, tone, and goals. You receive a preview link to review.

Any edits or updates are made. I’ll test your contact form and links, and walk you through everything in a final 1-hour support session so you feel confident managing your site going forward.

What to Expect
(and What I’ll Need From You)
(AKA: Our Sacred Studio Agreement)
To make the most of our week together, we’ll both need to show up with clarity, commitment, and trust. This process moves fast—on purpose—and with that comes a few guidelines to help everything flow smoothly.
Responsiveness is Key
You’ll need to be available and responsive throughout the process, especially during key milestones like creative direction review, brand presentation, and final web walkthrough. Delays in communication may extend our timeline or result in rescheduling.
One Round of Revisions
To stay on track, your package includes one thoughtful round of revisions for both brand and website. I’ll guide you through providing clear, focused feedback so we can move efficiently. Additional revisions can be added at an hourly rate if needed.
Timely Submission of Materials
Before our sprint begins, I’ll need you to complete your brand and website questionnaires and submit any assets (photos, existing logo files, etc.) by our agreed-upon start date. Missing deadlines = a delayed or rescheduled start.
Mutual Respect for the Process
This is a co-creation, and I promise to bring my full energy, experience, and attention to the table. In return, I ask for clear communication, openness to expert guidance, and trust in the flow we’ve outlined.
The Timeline is a Collaboration
While this offer is designed to be completed in one week, life happens. If we hit a snag or need to adjust pace due to tech hiccups, deeper conversations, or life interruptions, we’ll handle it together with grace—and a realistic eye on what’s possible.
