Rooted Soul is a trauma-informed breathwork and embodied leadership brand founded by Sally Davidson, RN, BSN.
As Sally evolved from one-to-one healing work into guiding leaders, coaches, and visionaries, she needed a brand that could hold both depth and expansion—something grounded enough to honor nervous system safety and healing, yet elevated enough to support her growing leadership programs, retreats, and certifications.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
The goal of this project was to create a robust, scalable brand system that translated Sally’s work into a cohesive visual and verbal language.
We began with deep brand strategy—clarifying her ideal client tiers, refining her voice and messaging, and simplifying her offerings into clear pathways. From there, we developed a symbolic visual identity rooted in transformation: a butterfly-inspired mark where veined wings resemble roots and lungs, reflecting breath, embodiment, expansion, and grounded power. Jewel-toned colors, sacred geometry–inspired patterns, and elegant typography created a brand that feels both mystical and grounded. The final phase included comprehensive brand guidelines, a refined content strategy, and a complete website copy overhaul—ensuring Sally now has a brand foundation that supports her work today and can grow with her for years to come.
